For standard hub motor sample, generally 12-13 working days (6 business days per week). Due to the strict environmental protection check (might be end on 2017.9.11), many raw material factory are closed during this time, so raw materials sometimes are shortage (e.g. axle, wheel rim, side cover). For motor assembly, it's normal. In a word, it all depends on the environmental protection check, we will try to make order for you asap, but we still need to let you know in advance, if any delay happened of the order.
For customized axle, it takes 18 business days generally for sample, it is sure there is no axle in store. Please place the order asap, as many orders have to be held and the produce dept. will be quite busy then, the produce plan will base on the order date.
